As a manager, it’s your responsibility to manage time off requests from your team members. This guide will walk you through the process of approving or rejecting these requests.
Step 1: Notifications of Pending Requests

You will be notified of any pending time off requests through a dot appearing on the “View Requests” button on the home screen.
Step 2: Accessing Time Off Requests
Tap the “View Requests” button to access and review the list of pending requests.
Step 3: Reviewing Individual Requests

Tap on a specific request to view detailed information and the options to either approve or reject it.

Step 4: Approving or Rejecting a Request

- To approve a request, tap the checkmark icon.
- To reject a request, tap the ‘X’ icon.
In either case, tap again to confirm your decision.
Step 5: Confirmation and Updating Status
Upon confirmation, the status of the request will update, and the request will clear from the pending requests screen.
Step 6: Filtering and Managing Requests

By default, the app only shows pending requests. To change this filter and view requests with different statuses, press the filter button.
Step 7: Modifying a Response to a Request

If necessary, you can change your response to a time-off request by tapping on the respective request and selecting the appropriate option as described in step 4.
