Snappy Staff

Snappy Staff — the rota, off paper and out of the group chat.

Shifts set once and checked on the phone, so nobody’s working from a photo of a printed rota or a scroll back through WhatsApp. Notes, availability and holidays sit with the shift — across as many locations as you run.

Being replaced

Snappy Staff is being replaced by Kupaly.

Kupaly is the rota product that follows Snappy Staff. Everyone still on Snappy Staff will be moved across to it soon. There is nothing to do now, and nothing changes today — we will be in touch well before it does.

What it does

One rota, and everyone’s looking at the same one.

Shifts, set once and checked on the phone

Build the week and everyone sees that version — not an old photo of a printed rota or a message someone missed.

Notes attached to the shift

A delivery, a deep clean, anything out of the ordinary — noted against the shift it applies to, not buried in a group chat.

Availability

Who can work when, held against the rota instead of scrolled back through in a group chat.

Holidays

Time off tracked in the same place as the shifts, so it is in front of you while you build the week.

More than one location

Run several sites from the one app, each with its own rota and its own team.

Why it exists

It replaces the rota on the wall, not the manager who writes it.

Snappy Staff is a manual tool: you still decide who works when. What changes is where that decision lives — on everyone’s phone instead of a sheet in the staff room or a message further up a WhatsApp thread, where a missed message means a missed shift.
