Step 1: Restart the App

On iOS:

  • Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-click the home button on older devices) to open the app switcher.
  • Find the Snappy Staff app and swipe it up or off the screen to close it.
  • Tap on the Snappy Staff app icon to reopen it and check if the issue is resolved.

On Android:

  • Tap the square or recent apps button (usually located at the bottom of the screen).
  • Find the Snappy Staff app and swipe it left or right to close it.
  • Tap on the Snappy Staff app icon to reopen it and check if the issue is resolved.

Step 2: Logout, Restart, and Login

If restarting the app doesn’t resolve the issue:

  • Log out of your Snappy Staff account from the settings or profile section in the app.
  • Follow the steps in Step 1 to restart the app.
  • Log back into your account and check if the issue is resolved.

Step 3: Reinstall the App

If the issue persists:

  • Log out of your Snappy Staff account.
  • Uninstall the Snappy Staff app from your device.
  • Reinstall the app from the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android).
  • Log back into your account and check if the issue is resolved.
