      The primary purpose of the Snappy Staff app is to help make the creation, scheduling and managing of rotas for your business a breeze.

    • How can I view my shifts for the current week and month?

      Navigate to the main home screen. Here, you'll see an overview of your shifts for the current week and month, as well as any upcoming holidays.

    • How do I add time off?

      Go to the 'View Requests' screen. Here, you can add new days off under 'New Time Off' or edit existing ones.

    • Can I view who I will be working with?

      Yes, by visiting the 'View Rota' screen, you can view your shifts, the time you will be working and who you will be working alongside.

    • How does the app support users with multiple comapnies.

      The app allows users to set up multiple businesses. Click the cog 'Settings' button on the top right corner of the main page, this will show you a series of prompts, select 'New Company' and fill in your details.

    • How do I access the app's settings?

      At the top right of your screen, you'll find a menu button. Clicking this will take you to the app's settings.

    • What information is provided on the Snappy Staff dashboard?

      The dashboard shows any upcoming shifts you may have, the ability to view the entire rota, an option for managers to view staff and view requests.

    • Can I view my earnings breakdown for a specific job if I have multiple jobs?

      Yes, on the "Dashboard" there's a dropdown in the earnings breakdown section. Here, you can select a specific job or view data across all jobs.

    • How do I copy shifts from the current week to the next week?

      In the "Shift Management" screen, there's a button that allows you to copy the current week's shifts to the next week.

    • Is there an option to automatically add breaks to my shifts?

      When viewing a shift if you would like to add a break for employees this can be added in the notes section. Otherwise it is down to the employer to delegate these.

    • How do I add new shifts in the app?

      In the "View Rota" section press the "More" button from this you'll find "Edit Rota". This will let you create a new schedule or amend an old one.

    • How do I delete a shift in the app?

      To delete a shift, simply navigate to the "Edit Rota" screen, press and hold down the shift you wish to delete, this will let you drag it to the bin.

    • What do I do if I forget my password or cannot access my account?

      The Snappy Staff app doesn't require a traditional login. Data is stored locally on your phone. However, you can link your account with Google, Apple, or Facebook to store your data on our servers, ensuring data recovery if needed. Should you need to reinstall the app, select the "sign in to existing account" link on the initial screen to retrieve your data.

    • Is my data safe and private with Snappy Staff?
