In your email, please provide the following information:
- Your full name.
- Your registered email address.
- A clear description of the data you wish to delete. -A statement that you understand the consequences of data deletion. For instance, deleting certain data might impact the app’s functionality.
Please note that, as per GDPR regulations, we need to verify your identity before processing your data deletion request. This may require additional information or steps.
Once we’ve confirmed your identity and received your request, we will process the deletion within 30 days.
Please bear in mind that some data may not be immediately deleted due to legal or operational requirements. However, we will inform you if this is the case.
